By accessing or using Spitball Creator Forge (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
You may use the Service to generate AI-based music and video content, manage creative projects, and upload videos to TikTok after granting authorization. You agree to follow all applicable laws and TikTok policies.
3. TikTok Authorization
When you connect your TikTok account, you grant us temporary permission to upload content only when you manually initiate a post from within the Service. We do not auto-post, access private TikTok data, or act without your explicit approval.
4. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited license to process and store content solely to operate and improve the Service.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt or attack the platform, violate intellectual property rights, access data not intended for you, or use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes.
6. Modifications to the Service
Spitball Media Labs may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
